The quality of the rooms, is very good, with nice flooring. Rooms have small fridge, coffee pot and microwave. The bathrooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Lovely scented bar soap and shampoos are provided. Patron laundromat on site.
Stopped late on the way from Reno to Ashland oregon and found this hotel welcoming and surprising comfortable clean and perfect for resting. Even stopped again on our way back to RENO as we got tired of traveling late at night once again. Highly recommended. Perfect when traveling thru. You don't need to spend a fortune just to get some rest from driving. Fair pricing.
Cute place. Clean. Super nice staff. Pet friendly for a small fee. Rooms are large and very clean. Water pressure in shower was amazing!!! Small refrigerator and microwave, plus coffee pot. TV is kinda small but it worked for what we wanted. I definitely recommend.
Old property but clean with good service, and great location. It is only 12 minutes away from Burney Falls. It is a small remote town with not that many restaurants' options so be ready. There is Safeway grossary store and a couple gas stations.

Nice cozy Motel in a beautiful rural town. Nothing to fancy but a nice stay with friendly staff. I recommend this place.
Good place to lay over on a road trip. The room price was to steep for cheap metal beds. Room 134 has full size beds, but the room felt crowded. The TV was small and the remote didn't work right. The service was nice and the receptionist was friendly. There were plenty of towels without having to ask for more. The location was easy to get to. Overall it was a good stay. I would recommend them.
